The tension and compression load cell LCR05 is a high-precision sensor constructed from stainless steel and utilizes a cross beam structure for enhanced performance. This design is based on metal foil strain gauge technology, ensuring accurate force measurement and reliability. The LCR05 outputs an mV signal via a Wheatstone full bridge configuration, which can be easily converted to -5-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA signals with the use of an external signal conditioner. This flexibility makes it suitable for integration with various monitoring and control systems.

    The inline force sensor LCR05 is equipped with M6/M5 threaded rods on both ends, allowing for straightforward installation into existing setups. It is available in rated capacities of 50N, 100N, 200N, 300N, 500N, and 1000N, making it adaptable to a range of force measurement needs. Capable of measuring forces in both tension (traction) and compression directions, it provides reliable bidirectional force data. To ensure optimal performance and avoid damage, force should be applied along the axial direction of the screw to prevent unwanted shear forces.
