The digital indicator SD01 is a high-precision device designed to deliver 0.01% accuracy through its robust aluminum housing and advanced 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC. Compatible with a wide range of strain gauge type load cells, force sensors, and torque transducers, it supports unamplified mV/V output for both 4-wire and 6-wire configurations with rated outputs between 0.5mV/V and 3.0mV/V. This versatility makes the SD01 ideal for various force and torque measurement applications.

The SD01 load cell indicator operates with a 12-24V DC wide voltage power supply and features a sampling rate of up to 960Hz, ensuring quick and accurate data acquisition. It provides RS485 and RS232 communication options, both of which support the Modbus RTU protocol for reliable data transmission and system integration. For further adaptability, the SD01 is available in versions with additional output options, including -5-5V, 0-10V, and 4-20mA (versions C and D).

To enhance user convenience, the SD01 load cell readout can be pre-calibrated when purchased with our transducers, allowing customers to enjoy plug-and-play functionality upon delivery.
