The Hollow Pancake Load Cell LCP05 is a versatile force measurement solution designed with a central threaded hole and four evenly distributed mounting holes on the bottom for secure installation. When the load mechanism passes through the sensor, the LCP05 functions as a washer load cell, measuring compression force exclusively. However, when the load structure is connected to the central threaded hole, it measures both compression and traction forces, adding flexibility to its application.

    The LCP05 thrust load cell outputs an mV/V signal generated from its Wheatstone full bridge, which is bonded to a robust stainless steel elastomer. Available in rated capacities ranging from 500N to 50kN, this load cell is suitable for a wide range of force measurement tasks. Its diaphragm design enhances stability by making it insensitive to transverse forces, an essential feature for dynamic measurements.
